For years, I went camping in Killarney Provincial Park, Ontario. Whenever I would post my photos from those trips and tag them #Killarney, I would see all these photos of a castle in Ireland. Last summer, I was thrilled to finally get to visit Killarney National Park in Ireland, and now I can see why they share the same name!
Especially with infrared photography turning the green foliage on the mountains white, this image almost looks like it could be the rolling white quartz La Cloche Mountains in Killarney, Ontario! I assure you, it is, in fact, a summer scene in Ireland.
