An iceberg at sunset, near the iconic yellow house on the rocks in Shoe Cove, Newfoundland. I was absolutely enchanted by the small, mostly abandoned fishing villages along the Eastern coastline, near La Scie. Shoe Cove still clearly had some residents, but other nearby villages like Round Harbour were completely abandoned, the residents having been relocated.

While living in Toronto, Tracy took every opportunity to escape the city and her rewarding but stressful job in one of the country's largest Animal Shelters. For many years, she traveled around Canada in a tiny car, with a large man, a tent, and two chihuahuas. After seeing it all, Atlantic Canada kept drawing her back and in 2018 she escaped city life for good, relocating to the beautiful Bay of Fundy region of New Brunswick to pursue photography full-time.
