Description
Old pilings from an abandoned pier on Pointe Wolfe Beach at Sunset. Fundy National Park, New Brunswick.
It’s hard to believe now that this part of the park was once a bustling shipyard, with a mill, and around 150 residents! By the time the park was built in 1948, it was mostly a ghost town. The land was expropriated, and the few remaining families were relocated.
